Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReddyMaid (“ReddyMaid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the software service that helps residential cleaning businesses manage their operations (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ReddyMaid provides web and mobile tools for scheduling, dispatch, client management, booking, invoicing, payments, payroll, reporting, and optional integrations such as QuickBooks Online. We may update, add, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

4. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the data and content you put into the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights and consents needed to use it, including any personal information about your own clients and staff.

5. Third-party integrations

The Service can connect to third-party services such as Stripe and QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. When you connect an integration, you authorize ReddyMaid to exchange the relevant data needed to provide the feature. We are not responsible for third-party services, and they may change or discontinue their availability.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Text messaging (SMS)

ReddyMaid can send text messages in two directions, and the rules are different for each.

Messages we send you. If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may text you about your account — sign-in codes, billing notices, and service alerts. Message frequency varies with your account and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at reddymaidservices@gmail.com. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchase, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Messages you send through the Service. When you use ReddyMaid to text your clients or staff, you are the sender and we deliver on your behalf. You are responsible for the content of those messages and for the numbers you send them to. The same disclosures apply to your recipients: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and STOP and HELP must work. We honor STOP automatically for every number, on every message we send for you.

8. Your responsibility for messaging consent (TCPA / CTIA)

Text messaging in the United States is regulated. Before you send any message through the Service, you must have the recipient’s lawful, documented consent to be contacted at that number, and you must keep that consent record. You agree to follow all applicable messaging laws, carrier rules, and industry guidelines — including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA messaging principles, and the A2P 10DLC registration requirements of the mobile carriers. You agree not to send messages that are unsolicited, deceptive, or in a prohibited category, not to message anyone who has opted out, and not to use the Service to send marketing to people who never asked for it.

Because ReddyMaid registers the messaging campaigns that carry your traffic, we can be held responsible by carriers and regulators for messages you send. So: you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReddyMaid and its founders from any claim, fine, penalty, carrier charge, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from messages you send through the Service, from your lack of valid consent, or from your violation of any messaging law or carrier rule. We may suspend or throttle your messaging immediately if we believe your traffic puts our carrier standing or other customers at risk.

This section describes your obligations under these Terms; it is not legal advice. If you are unsure whether your consent practices meet the law, talk to your own lawyer.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ReddyMaid and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service except the limited right to use it as described here.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. ReddyMaid is a management tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReddyMaid and its founders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReddyMaid and its founders from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law. This includes the messaging indemnity in section 8.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
